Returns Policy

Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return your item by following terms and conditions:

• You must ship your Return within 30 days of invoice date ( Oversea), 7 days of invoice date ( Local Hong Kong)
• Your Return must be in its original condition, must be unused / unworn and in new.
• We may request your valid photo I.D. and the collection of some personal details may be required to process a return.
• Please return the item/s in the original packaging (including all ticketing, boxing and receipts).
• The time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days)
• Gift Certificate / Coupon code are not available to exchange or convert in currency.
• The cost of returns are not paid for by Adelesia, customer is responsible for mailing costs.

The following items or states can't be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature material of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Been used and worn
• The original label / seal been removed
• Face to face transaction.
• Unauthorized returns

• 我們收到退貨後處理您的退貨所需的時間（3 到 5 個工作日），您的銀行可能需要額外的天數來處理。
• 禮券/優惠券/積分不可兌換或兌換成貨幣。
• 退貨郵寄費用須由客戶負責支付。

以下物品或狀態不能退貨或換貨：
由於這些物品的天然材料，除非它們到達時損壞或有缺陷，否則我不能接受退貨：

• 定製性訂單
• 已被使用和買方事後所造成之損壞
• 原始標籤/封條被移除
• 面對面交易不可退換
• 所有未經授權的退貨，我們將不予處理
