Order
- Browse the categories in the catalog and choose your favorite items.
- Click on the item and view the description information, such as the type of crystal gemstone, size, etc.
- Select the product you wish to purchase and click "Add to Cart".
- When completing the checkout, enter your shipping address (if needed) and payment information.
- Confirm your order; a confirmation will be sent via SMS or email.
- The package will be shipped within two business days after payment is received, and you will receive a notification with the tracking number.
- If you choose self-pickup, please contact us to arrange a time.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
After your order is confirmed, we will ship it within 48 hours. Tracking numbers and information will be uploaded upon shipment.
You can check the shipping status in the order confirmation email, or contact us directly.

To ensure the security of orders and customer accounts, Adelesia works with online and electronic payment systems such as Shopify Payment and PayPal to analyze and identify high-risk transactions (unauthorized transactions, fraud, unclear contact information and address details). Adelesia reserves the right to cancel all high-risk transactions, issue a refund, and then notify the customer.
Adelesia will only use your shipping and billing addresses, and contact information for the following:

Shipping
Our service team includes logistics experts who can safely coordinate all your shipping matters.
We fully understand shipping times: "If it can be fast, it must be fast."
Starting from the day of dispatch:
• Hong Kong: 1 business day.
• Taiwan, Singapore, and other Asian regions: 2 to 7 business days.
• Other regions: 7 to 14 business days.
We understand the excitement of wanting your unique gemstone purchase to arrive quickly. If you require expedited service, please contact us before placing your order. Please note that all expedited services are subject to an additional charge.
All international purchases are exempt from Hong Kong tax.
Taxes and duties may be levied by customs in the recipient's country. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may arise. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Return Policy
We accept return requests within 14 days of receipt for domestic orders and within 30 days of shipment for international orders. To ensure smooth processing, please contact our customer service team in advance via email or WhatsApp, providing your order details and reason for return. We only accept returns of items that are in their original packaging, unused, and with tags intact. If the item meets these conditions, we will process your refund as soon as possible. The processing time for international order refunds is approximately 14 days.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Customized products (such as personalized designs or items with custom sizes and engravings) are not eligible for return. Please carefully confirm your requirements before purchasing.
