 Welcome to Adelesia! We are excited to introduce our latest feature - Augmented Reality (AR) - that allows you to experience our jewelry products like never before.

With AR, you can now try on our products virtually in the comfort of your own home. You can see how a piece of jewelry looks on you before making a purchase, giving you the confidence that you are making the right choice.

Our AR function is easy to use. Choose a piece of jewelry you would like to try on, and point your device's camera at yourself. You will then see a virtual version of the product superimposed on your body, giving you a realistic preview of how it will look on you.

 

TERMS OF USE  / 使用條款

Welcome to Adelesia, AR function (" 擴增實境 AR "). By using the Function, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use:

Use of the Function
You may use the Function for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not use the Function for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Function, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Function, and all content and materials provided in the Function, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Adelesia or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content
By submitting any content or material to the Function, including but not limited to photos, videos, and text, you grant Adelesia a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

Privacy
Your use of the Function is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Function is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Adelesia be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Function or these

Terms of Use.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adelesia, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any claims, actions, demands, losses, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Function.

Changes to the Function and Terms of Use
Adelesia reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Function, or any portion thereof, with or without notice. We may also change the Terms of Use from time to time without notice. Your continued use of the Function after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong China (SARS), without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be brought exclusively in Hong Kong China (SARS), and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
